I was surprised to see how adamant he was that he was in the clear with regards to RAID. He even went on to explain what RAID is, I guess without actually understanding what RAID protects against. It is scary. I'm uber paranoid with my data (even my non-critical data). It's amazing that you can run your own company and not be. Yeah. I'm surprised this was made so public. Going by how the posts were yanked so quickly, it looks like some embarrassment ensued. Or they were sued.
