Easter at the Bodners
An example of the antics that go on with my family.
(I, of course, had nothing to do with it. *wink*wink*).
The main subject of the picture is a terrified cousin. She’s terrified because behind her is another one of my cousin’s in a camouflaged suit disguised as a bush, who popped out and grabbed her arm as she went for the easter egg that was sitting on his suit (the egg is the pink dot on the ground in front of him).

Good times.
No commentsNo one ever said it would be this hard
Come up to meet you, tell you I’m sorry
You don’t know how lovely you are.
I had to find you, tell you I need you,
Tell you I set you apart.
Tell me your secrets and ask me your questions,
Oh lets go back to the start.
Running in circles, Comin’ up Tails
Heads on a science apart.
Nobody said it was easy,
It’s such a shame for us to part.
Nobody said it was easy,
No one ever said it would be this hard.
Oh take me back to the start.
I was just guessin’ at numbers and figures,
Pulling your puzzles apart.
Questions of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart.
And tell me you love me, come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start.
Runnin’ in circles, Chasin’ up Tails
Comin’ back as we are
Nobody said it was easy,
Oh it’s such a shame for us to part.
Nobody said it was easy,
No one ever said it would be so hard.
I’m goin’ back to the start.
I was just guessin’, At numbers and figures, Pullin’ the puzzles apart
Questions of science, Science and progress, Do not speak as loud as my heart
Tell me you love me, Come back to haunt me, Oh when I rush to the start
Runnin’ in circles, [sounds like] Chasin’ our tails, Comin’ back as we are
Nobody said it was easy
Aww It’s such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be so hard
I’m goin’ back to the start
Ever have a time when…
You know exactly what you want, but neither of the two options you have look like they can get you there?
No matter what you do, it feels like the wrong answer?
Life can be a bitch sometimes.
No commentsA week on the seas – Caribbean Cruise
As I briefly mentioned in my previous post, I had a very fun vacation this winter. February 10th-18th Elyssa and I went on a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. It’s hard to describe, so I’ll start off the post with a picture:
You can find more great pictures at:

Tonight I was actually picking out the pictures I wanted to put up, and putting them up in the gallery. Very depressing looking at all those pictures. I can’t believe we’ve already been back for a week, and that it’s been 15 days since we set sail! My, how time flies. Especially when you’re on a vacation.
The ship itself was absolutely huge and very nice. It had 11 restaurants and 9 bars, and they were all (well, except one) very nice. The food was good, and being able to eat whenever you wanted, wherever you wanted, was very nice. I couldn’t have imagined assigned times and assigned seating.

Amazing Vacation
As I’m sitting here at work, coughing my lungs out, it sucks to think that exactly 1 week ago today I was sitting at the beaches of the BVI’s, first Virgin Gorda, then Tortola. *sigh*
more to come.
No commentsOur Little Devil
On Monday, September 11th 2006, AJ’s Tazmanian Devil (’Taz’) was put to sleep. We got Taz when I was 13 back in 1995, I remember when Mom first brought her home I was at a baseball game, pitching, I believe, at the stadium right off of 222. She lived a very good life to the age of 11. She was as good of a dog that you could have hoped for, and you could see the joy on her face whenever we were around, right up to the end. You’ll always be remembered Taz, thank you.
I hope to be putting a gallery up online (Obviously not of all the pictures my mom has taken, it’s not going to be an exhaustive source, but some of my/our favorite pictures). I’ve registered a site ajstazmaniandevil.com, and will probably put the pictures up at gallery.ajstazmaniandevil.com, but that will be a work in progress.
Once again, thank you Taz.
